Employment Verification (Form I-9)
The I-9 Form is a federal requirement that helps verify an employee’s identity and employment authorization. U.S. law mandates that employers complete this form for every individual hired, including both citizens and noncitizens, to confirm their eligibility to work in the United States. The form must be completed by both the employee and the employer or authorized representative.

How to Complete the I-9
