As we have grown, our team’s expertise has been expanded and having one point of contact will help you access the full range of our firm’s expertise without any added complexity. If your Client Manager doesn’t have an answer you need, they will know where to find it on the team to ensure you have exactly what you need.

How do I contact my Client Manager?

We recommend reaching out to your client manager via email. Client emails are read within 24 business hours and while we try to reply as quickly as possible, all email replies and tasks are prioritized internally based on the expected impact of the request. For a more detailed discussion, we recommend that you schedule a call on your Client Manager’s calendar using the “Schedule a call” link on their email signature.

What if I have an emergency?

If you have a true emergency, you should call 911. But if there is a time-sensitive financial request, we recommend following the guidelines here.

Will I hear from other people on the team?

On occasion, you will hear from other members of our team in different roles, but most of your interaction will be with your Client Manager. Behind the scenes, a bookkeeper will be assigned to your account to manage the day-to-day transactions and bill payment scheduling. All of our bookkeepers report to a Production Manager who provides training, guidance, and an internal review of the bookkeeper’s work based on accounting best practice and their knowledge of the client. This team of three will be able to provide continuous support to you, despite any transitions that take place. As an added bonus, you get peace of mind that more than one person is keeping an eye on your finances.
